This Executive edition differs from the Elite exhibition in that it is a restricted-access engagement, tailored for top-tier global stakeholders to deliberate on bilateral investment opportunities, transnational trade frameworks, high-value business matchmaking, and strategic global economic initiatives.
Please note that participation in the Executive Edition is not open to the general public. It is strictly reserved for the categories listed above, unless an exemption privilege is granted to selected participants.

The show has grown year after year and we are proud to have become one of the biggest and most popular events to recon with, considering the value it carries along with the networking strength among participants and international investors; as significant inter-nations and inter-continents collaborations were recorded in the past.

- Registration and Admission (local and foreign) - $550 - Compulsory for all participants
- The Notarized Visa Invitation Letter - $1640 - Compulsory for all foreign participants
- Hospitality (accommodation, feeding, transportation and souvenirs) - $450 - Optional for all participants
REGISTRATION COST IMPLICATION (RCI) - Exhibitors and Exhibition Booth
- Standard Exhibition Booth/Stand (Dim 20 x 10) - $7200 - permits maximum of 4 accompanying members
- Premium Exhibition Booth/Stand (Dim 20 x 10) - $11600 - permits maximum of 6 accompanying members
- Classic Exhibition Booth/Stand (Dim 20 x 10) - $18200 - permits maximum of 8 accompanying members
Visa Assist Program
With the service of our legal immigration team, headed by our official immigration lawyer, all Visa applications for the purpose of the exhibition show are treated with respect to the event date by the IRCC. All Visa applications are closely monitored by the team. Registered participants are required to send their individual Visa Application Number to us after Visa application submission with the IRCC, for necessary follow-up
INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION MADE EASY
The genesis editions of the exhibition show was limited to local participation until exclusive support was received from the Canadian government; making it easier for international participation. Government authorized Visa Invitation Letter is officially issued to individual registered international attendee upon registration confirmation and payment validation.
Visa processing of all registered international participants are monitored by our official immigration legal team.
AGENCY ENROLMENT PROGRAM
